## About

VO1CE™ is a communication methodology built on five steps: Value, Other, One Thing, Clarity, and Ending. It draws from acting, coaching, psychology and behavioural science to help individuals and organisations communicate with impact.

Founded by Josie Gammell, VO1CE works with senior leaders, corporate teams and public speakers worldwide. Clients include NatWest, Barclays, Santander, NHS and the Financial Times.

## The Framework

The five steps of VO1CE:

1. **Value** — Your personal value is unique and unchangeable. Anchor in it before every interaction.
2. **Other** — Stand in the shoes of the other person. Empathy transforms communication.
3. **One Thing** — Identify the single objective for your next interaction.
4. **Clarity** — Drive your message home with no more than three compelling points.
5. **Ending** — Finish strong with a clear call to action.
